Citrus College BOT To Investigate Board Member
Faculty Association President accuses the board member of living outside his district.
The Citrus College Board of Trustees voted Tuesday to form an ad hoc committee to investigate board member Gary Woods.
Accusations surfaced in March that Woods, who represents Azusa, Irwindale, Covina and Glendora, does not live in the Azusa apartment he claims to reside in. Rather, his accusers claim he lives in a house in Sierra Madre--outside his representation area.
The board voted in April to seek legal counsel into the matter.
A website, firegarywoods.com, has photo and video surveillance of Woods' car reportedly parked at the Sierra Madre residence during the night and in the morning, the San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported. The site also shows a grant deed from two years ago listing Woods' name at the Sierra Madre residence.
