Police Arrest Man Found With Stolen Electronics

Sunday arrest yields stolen iPod, GPS Device.

Glendora Police Sunday arrested a man after he was found with reportedly stolen electronics.

Police arrested Joshua Lopez, 21, on suspicion of receiving known stolen property and appropriation of of lost property. Lopez is being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Officers conducted a pedestrian check on Lopez in the 700 block of South Grand Avenue just before 4 p.m. According to authorities, they are familiar with the subject, having made numerous contacts with him in the past. Police searched Lopez and discovered a pink iPod with pink headphones in his possession, which aroused the suspicions of police. Through further questioning, they found a GPS device also in the man's possession.

The GPS device was traced back to an address in the county area of Azusa. The device was reportedly stolen recently. It was unknown at this time if the device had been returned to the owner yet, or who the iPod belongs to, police said.
