A motorcyclist was transported by helicopter after a near collision with a bicyclist Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened some time around 3:18 p.m. at the intersection of Gladstone Street and Sunflower Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

A motorcycle rider was listed as a trauma patient, flown to County/USC.
