Glendora Singing Studio Trains Aspiring Stars

Whether they’re skilled vocalists or their only training takes place in the shower, singers of all ages can hone their skills at SING INC., a new company coming soon to Glendora offering singing classes, one-on-one coaching and performance opportunities.

The northern California company is headed to the downtown Glendora Village June 15 at 123 N. Glendora Ave. SING INC. offers four private training studios where students can receive one-on-one training in a professional setting and gain first-hand live concert experience.

Students can sign up for priority registration Saturdays and Sundays in late May. A complimentary introductory class will be offered to visitors who arrive during the studio’s opening June 15.

Students can also sign up for summer mini-camps, according to Tracee Theisen,SING INC co-owner.

“Mini-camps are a fun and affordable way to introduce your kids to singing and performance lessons, build their confidence and stage presence and make new friends,” said Theisen in a statement. This year’s mini-camps are scheduled July 10 to 12 and July 24 to 26.

“We want SING INC to be a place where kids can go and hang out, be comfortable and build self-esteem along with friendships,” continued Theisen. “We want to keep kids integrated and engaged.”

Her husband and co-owner of SING INC. is John Henry, a longtime Glendora resident and celebrity singing coach whose students have gone on to careers on Broadway and television, as well as the finals of American Idol and the X Factor.
