Glendora Nonprofit Named One of 50 Most Inspiring Charities
THE Magazine awards the distinction to the Foundation for Glendora Unified Schools.
The Foundation for Glendora Unified Schools was named one of “50 Inspiring Charities in the Pasadena Foothills region” by THE Magazine. According to THE, a lifestyle magazine based in Pasadena, the region has the largest concentration of nonprofits in the United States. The organizations were selected based on three characteristics – provide direct services to their communities; educate, inform and motivate participation in the community; and financial and operational transparency. FGUS has raised more than $1 million for Glendora Unified schools.
