Tessitor believes the most important issues facing the city are the dramatically increasing pension funding obligations, impending expiration of redevelopment area 3 and ongoing rebuilding of the city's aging infrastructure such as water, sewers and roads.
According to Tessitor, the most pressing policy priorities are employee relations, expansion and improvement of business opportunities and prioritizing city services based on community input. He would like to negotiate a new contract with the Glendora Police Officers Association and the Police Management Association.
