Flappy Jack's Pancake House

<p>Flappy Jack's Pancake House serves a host of traditional and specialty breakfast dishes, from ham and eggs to an array of house omelette recipes. Many of them are regionally themed, such as the Louisianan, which comprises eggs, polish sausage, sauteed onions, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. The restaurant has lots of cool memorabilia on the wall, including vinyl records and motorcycle jackets, and plays '50s music. The servers all have smiles on their faces and bounce in their step.
