Bryan Clay Foundation Fit4Fall 5K Run

Lace up those running shoes, dust off your earmuffs, and get ready to break a sweat. Here’s your chance to be proactive against this year’s Turkey-day calories. Join 2008 Olympic Decathlon Gold Medalist Bryan Clay, and his non-profit foundation at the 1st Annual FIT4FALL™ 5k Run in Glendora, California on Saturday, November 19th, 2011. This will be Southern California’s premier autumn 5k run;  a celebration of fall, fitness, and community fellowship you don’t want to miss.

Proceeds of the event will benefit the Bryan Clay Foundation in support of its health and wellness programs, character development seminars, and legacy scholarships for youth of Southern California. In light of Thanksgiving and the holiday season, the Foundation will also be partnering with Shepherd’s Pantry and New Unto Others to collect can foods and clothing for underprivileged families. All participants who donate a minimum of three (3) canned goods or one (1) bag of clothing (on the day of the race) will receive five dollars ($5) cash back from their registration fee.
