Snapshot: Glendora High School Girls Basketball Get Dirty
GHS Girls Basketball team members have fun in the mud while competing in Saturday's "That Dam Mud Run" at the Santa Fe Dam.
Members of the Glendora High School Girls Basketball team participated in the Kare Youth League’s “That Dam Mud Run” at the Santa Fe Dam in Irwindale Saturday.
As part of a strength conditioning activity for the girls, GHS coach John Langilotti organized the mud run as a fun way to work out as a team. The team crossed the finish line together, caked in mud but having a lot of fun, said coach Chris Harrison.
The girls basketball team finished last season 13-13. Their new season begins Nov. 29 at home against Claremont.
