Sandburg Fine Arts Students Get Into Holiday Spirit

Choir and orchestra students put on a Christmas-themed show for family and administrators.

Family members braved a chilly night in Glendora to get in the holiday mood, courtesy of the Golden Notes and Orchestra, Wednesday night.

The Holiday Concert took place at . Family and administrators were treated to vivacious vocals and marvelous music.

Some of the middle school students prepped for weeks and some for several months for the show, according to Steven Clark, music director.

"The arts are very important," said Clark, a 30-year veteran of the program. "The school district really supports the arts very well."

The hour-long show featured some tunes as "White Christmas," "Do You Hear What I Hear?" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas."
