Glendora Singer Mansion Back on the Market

The lavish estate nestled in a residential neighborhood of ranch-style homes is back on the market, dropping to $2.4 million.

A sprawling, historic mansion estate in Glendora is once again back on the market after significant price drops and ownership changes.

The Wallace Neff-designed Albourne Rancho, or Singer Mansion, was up for auction in 2011 at the asking price of $5.3 million, but after two years and a nearly $3 million reduction, the home closed May 28 with a final sale price of $2.25, according to LA Curbed.

But the Georgian Revival estate, which boasts 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 13,000 square feet of living space, is now back on the market, listed at $2.441 million.
