Glendora’s Priciest Homes: 445 Verdugo Avenue

Every week, we're going to feature one of the most expensive homes on the Glendora real estate market.

What will more than $3.5 million buy you in Glendora?

This secluded home inside a small gate community boasts views of the Glendora foothills. The home, built in 1998, is located beyond a second gate for this property alone. The asking price for this property is $3,650,000.

It includes plenty of outdoor entertaining space, with a pool, barbecue areas, bar seating, as well as a waterfall, cave and waterslide.

This feature seems a little elitist and insensitive considering the recession we are coming from. I think "Glendora's Best Bargains in Real Estate" would be a better focus. Homes that are not necessarily cheap, but a good bargain, could be featured.

Why don't you just mind your own business? Who are you to say what this site should or shouldn't do. you are pathetic as are the foks the responded to you. If you live in Glendora, you are very lucky, no matter what size your house is. now STFU.

SO What?!!! Why do you even care? The 1% you speak of are paying 90% of the bill here. Don't be petty and jealous.
