Public Hearing: Municipal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports relative amending the Municipal code related to the latest Municipal National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination (NPDES) Permit.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing and delivered to the City Clerk prior to the scheduled hearing date. Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying for the cost of duplication at the Office of the City Clerk, 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, California, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

Further information on the above application may be obtained or viewed at the Public Works Department, located at 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, or by telephone at (626) 914-8246.

If you challenge this action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Glendora at, or prior to, the public hearing.”
