Glendora Promises to Never Forget

Glendora honors and remembers the victims and servicemen and women of 9/11.

Glendora residents young and old, students and teachers, gathered together Sunday, to remember those who perished ten years ago to the day on 9/11.

At Citrus College, students, faculty and staff joined together to place 2,752 flags (representing the 2,752 people who perished at the World Trade Center) at the campus quad Sunday morning.

The flags will be a part of a ceremony 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12 where the campus will observe the 10th anniversary of 9/11 and remember the servicemen, women and civilians lost that day.
