Azusa Police are looking for a man who sexually battered a female student on Wednesday.

Azusa Police are looking for a man on a red bike who grabbed and groped a female college student jogging near the Azusa Pacific University campus on Wednesday.

Cpl. Terry Smith said the incident occurred Wednesday at around 5:30 p.m. near the Glendora border on Alosta Avenue between Citrus and Barranca avenues.

The female student was jogging on the sidewalk when a man riding a red beach cruiser on the opposite direction grabbed the girl and touched her in an inappropriate manner, said Smith.

The man is described as tall, white with a shaved head, in his early 20s, 5 feet 10 and 165 pounds.

Azusa Police alerted the campus communities at APU and Citrus College about the incident.

If anyone has any information on the suspect, call Azusa Police at (626) 812-3200.

Go, go GPD. It is nice to be appreciated, but even better when someone acknowledges it.
