VIDEO: Downed Power Lines Hamper Traffic

Some power lines fell near Glendora High School Saturday night. The wires remained live until SoCal Edison arrived a little over an hour after the lines fell.

Glendora Police were on scene of some downed power lines along Foothill Blvd. near Valley Center Saturday night.

The call came in around 6:40 p.m.

The lines fell from a power pole near Glendora High School, according to Glendora PD.

Glendora PD was immediately on scene and reported seeing sparks near some trees where the line fell from.

Los Angeles County Fire also arrived to help block traffic until SoCal Edison arrived to shut off power.
