The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, exited the bank and left the area in a waiting vehicle, which was last seen heading south on Grand Avenue.

Authorities describe the suspect as a white male in his late 30's to mid 40's, wearing a black ski-type jacket and black beanie, bewtween 6 foot 1 and 6 foot 4 with a thin or medium build. The getaway vehicle is described as a light-colored sedan, possibly a Ford or a Mercury.

The "Puffy Coat Bandit" is considered armed and dangerous.
