Pursuit Beginning in Glendora Area Ends Near Redlands

The chase terminated in west Redlands and began in Los Angeles County, according to televised reports.

UPDATE:

David Hagins, 46, was booked on driving under the influence, evading police, and driving on a suspended license after Wednesday's night's pursuit that went through several communities and ended near Redlands, according to the San Dimas Sheriff's station.

Hagins is being held in a San Dimas jail.

PREVIOUS: Several law enforcement agencies chased a fleeing motorist from the Glendora area, ending in Redlands on Wednesday evening and he was surrendering at 7 p.m., according to televised images of the chase on multiple news channels.

The chase began around 6 p.m.

The suspect was initially pursued for reckless driving, according to scanner reports. He led law enforcement on a high-speed chase through surface streets and freeways, drove through red lights and crashed through railroad crossing arms, before ending near Redlands, according to NBC4LA.
