Police Investigating Leads in Glendora Stabbing

Details are few on the suspect in a stabbing that occurred in a 7-Eleven parking lot Tuesday.

Glendora Police investigators are actively pursuing leads in a road rage stabbing at a Glendora 7-Eleven parking lot Tuesday evening, but details on the suspects are still scant.

The stabbing resulted from a road range incident that occurred on Grand Avenue in Covina, and escalated in an altercation between two adult males at the 7-Eleven parking lot on Grand Avenue and Gladstone Street at around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

One man was stabbed during the altercation, and the suspect jumped into the passenger side of a vehicle and sped away.

While the victim was treated at LA County/USC Medical Center and is expected to recover from his wounds, police are still looking for the suspect and the driver of the vehicle.

The suspect is described as a black male, six foot tall, 200 pounds in his 20s or early 30s. The driver is described as a black heavyset female. Police would not release the description of the vehicle.

“We’re still working on some active leads right now and that’s one of them, and we’re not going to release that information until we exhaust the leads,” said Lt. Brian Summers.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Glendora Police at (626) 914-8250.
