Police Blotter: Drugs, Theft and DUI’s

The following information was provided by the Glendora Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Feb. 4 

7:24 p.m. Ariel Vincente Ong, 54, was arrested at 1339 Briargate on vandalism charges. His bail was set at $20,000.

Tuesday, Feb. 5

11:54 a.m. Charles Bryan Addy, 56, was arrested at 303 W. Foothill Blvd. for trespassing and refusing to leave the property. His bail was set at $1,000.

2:34 p.m. Richard Salazar, 26, was arrested at 363 N. Calero on drug charges. His bail was set at $30,000.

8:20 p.m. Ashley Ann Artishon, 22, and Michael Cortez, 21, were arrested at 534 E. Bennett on theft charges and receiving known stolen property. Their bails were set at $20,000 each.

9:16 p.m. Lester Eugene Burns, 50, was arrested at 1200 S. Grand Ave. on drug charges including non-felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. His bail was set at $15,000.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

2:56 a.m. Ashley Nicole Garabet, 18, was arrested at 2121 E. Route 66. Officers discovered she was carrying a switchblade in the driver’s area of the vehicle, which is a misdemeanor. Her bail was set at $500.

3:05 a.m. Samantha Marie Ziegler, 23, was also arrested at 2121 E. Route 66. She was charged with possession of stolen property. Her bail was set at $20,000.

3:51 a.m. Jonathan Jason Graves, 33, was arrested at Grand and Covina on drug and theft charges. No bail was set.

9:50 p.m.  Daniel Eli Irish, 23, was arrested at 100 S. Loraine for possession of controlled substance without a prescription, driving without a license and possession of marijuana. His bail was set at $250.

Thursday, Feb. 7

1:43 a.m. Sean Patrick O’Mahoney, 26, was arrested at 1733 Sunflower for obstructing an officer. His bail was set at $30,000.

1:24 p.m. Jason Bradlee Perrett, 27, was arrested at 321 S. Treanor on methamphetamine charges. His bail was set at $100,000.

2 p.m. Louie Henry Mansilla, 40, was arrested at 321 S. Treanor. His charges included theft and fraud of an elderly person under his care. His bail was set at $50,000.

9:46 p.m. Brian Joseph Weston, 22, was arrested at 500 E. Claraday for possession of a narcotic. His  was set at $10,000.

11:24 p.m. Tara Jean Teachout, 22, was arrested at 1200 E. Route 66 on drug charges, including possession of drugs without a medical prescription. Her bail was set at $10,000.

Friday, Feb. 8

1:48 a.m. Benjamin Craig Perez, 28, was arrested at 1300 S. Bonnie Cove for possession of tools with intent of theft or burglary. His bail was set at $25,000.

11:16 a.m. Armando Lomeli was arrested at 400 W. Foothill Blvd. on attempted robbery charges. His bail was set at $50,000.

DUI arrests:

9:45 p.m. John Paul Vigil, 39, was arrested at Sunflower Avenue. His bail was set at $5,000.

10:11 p.m. Jose Adrian Perez, 31, was arrested at 400 W. Route 66. His bail was set at $5,000.

Saturday, Feb. 9

1:26 a.m. Anthony Charles Mackliff, 20, was arrested at 200 N. Cullen on DUI charges. His bail was set at $5,000.

2:12 a.m. Mike Bill Nikolopoulos, 33, was arrested at Grand and Cienega for possession of a controlled substance and controlled substance paraphernalia. His bail was set at $10,000.

Sunday, Feb. 10

12:05 a.m. Robert Wael Nehlawi, 20, was arrested at 531 E. Route 66 on drug charges. He was suspected of possessing marijuana for sale.

1:15 a.m. Justin Andrew Caroza, 18, was arrested at 800 E. Claraday on vandalism charges. His bail was set at $500.

2:47 a.m. Eduardo Hidalgo, 23, was arrested at Windernere and Ashworth on DUI charges, as well as possession of an open alcohol container while driving. His bail was set at $5,000.

10:50 a.m. Power outages kept about 134 Glendora customers without power for several hours near Morgan Ranch Road off Foothill Blvd. Residents near Hunters Trail and Route 66 were also reporting outages, as well as down traffic signals.

7:36 p.m. Dyana Khoury Panucci, 53, was arrested at Foothill and Grand on burglary charges. Her bail was set at $20,000.
