Police Blotter: Burglaries, Theft and DUI

The following information was provided by the Glendora Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Jan. 7 Sgt. Matt Egan and Sgt. Scott Strong on duty

• Several burglary arrests are made at Walmart, 1950 E. Auto Centre. 6:35 p.m., Richard Michael Siaba, 25; 7:38 p.m. Robert Ruiz, 25; James Gary Foster, 24; 11:49 p.m. Cassandra Marie Blessley, 20; 11:59 p.m., Erica Dodds, 20.

Tuesday, Jan. 8 Lt. Jamie Caldwell and Sgt. Scott Strong on duty.

• 1 a.m. A broken water main flooded Barranca and Mauna Loa avenue. Deputies feared the volume of water and underground pressure would create a sinkhole.
• 3:13 a.m. Debra Lynn Palko, 50, is arrested for possession of a controlled substance at the intersection of Wabash and Ada.
• 6:30 p.m. Christopher Allen Barclay, 49, is arrested for driving under the influence.
• 8:06 p.m. Amy Gayle Britt, 49, is arrested for theft at Walmart, 1950 E. Auto Centre.

Wednesday, Jan 9 Lt. Jamie Caldwell and Sgt. Scott Strong on duty.

• 1 a.m. Jesse Garcia Rios, 25, is arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 500 E. Walnut.
• 2:15 a.m. Xiaomin Li, is arrested and charged with a DUI at  Lone Hill and Petunia.
• 8:23 a.m. Johnathon Anthony Castili, 27, is arrest at 1300 S. Willow Ave. Among his charges are burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Thursday, Jan 10 Lt. Rob Lamborghini and Lt. James DeMond on duty.

• 3:35 p.m. Lorraine Caroline Romero, 64, is arrested and charged with theft at Walmart, 1950 E. Auto Centre.

Friday, Jan. 11 Lt. Rob Lamborghini and Lt. James DeMond on duty.

• 2:50 a.m. Brian Gilbert Soto, 32, is stopped on the W. 210 Fwy at Grand. He is later arrested and charged with a DUI.
• 10 a.m. An injury accident at Valley Center and Arrow Highway sends one to the hospital.
• 11:48 a.m. Jason Montel Balibrea is arrested at 1141 E. Bradford and charged with domestic violence, battery, vandalism.
• 6:52 p.m. Rodolfo, Augustin Garcia, 53, is arrested at 100 W. Mauna Loa and charged with a DUI with a blood alcohol level above .08.
• 7:56 p.m. Daniel James Rachuy, 45, is arrested at Gladstone and Barranca for disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Jan. 12 Lt. Rob Lamborghini and Lt. James DeMond on duty.

• 3:13 a.m. Robyn Lynn Olsen, 23, is arrested at Foothill and Amelia and charged with disorderly conduct.
• 12:18 p.m. Traffic signals at Lone Hill and Auto Centre reported down, causing a traffic jam.
• 4:42 p.m. A motorcyclist suffers minor injuries in a solo crash at the 700 block of W. Route 66
• 7:59 p.m. Cruz Manuel Contreras, 40, is arrested at 1336 S. Glencroft Road is charged with battery.
• 8:25 p.m. Daniel Domonic Gualco, 52, is arrested at 1000 S. Glendora and charged with a DUI with a blood alcohol level over .08.
• 11:25 p.m. Several drug arrests made at 600 S. Tressy. Alan Norris Johnson, 37, is arrested for possession of controlled substance for sale. Bail is set at $30,000. Ashley Nicole Garabet, 18, is arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $25,000. Samantha Marie Ziegler, 23, is also arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $10,000.

Sunday, Jan. 13 Lt. Rob Lamborghini and Lt. James DeMond on duty.

• 2:15 a.m. Edward mark Tafoya, 53, is arrested at 500 S. Glendora Ave. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• 3 a.m. Alexandra Maya, 23, is arrested at 520 W. Route 66, and charged with a DUI with a blood alcohol level of over .08.
• 8:34 a.m. Victor Lewis Smith, 30, is arrested at Auto Centre and Nicole Court and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
