Police Blotter: Bomb Threat, Child Annoyance and Drugs

Local police activity for the week of Feb. 25 to March 3.

The following information was provided by the Glendora Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Feb. 25

2:57 p.m. Trevor Dylan Knight, 45, was arrested at 426 W. Route 66 for disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, Feb. 26

4:13 a.m. Ricky Barry Gaston, 44, was arrested at Alosta and Barranca avenues for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. His bail as set at $250.

8:55 a.m. Maria Isabel Ricarte, 31, was arrested at 853 Orchid Ct. for burglary, theft and receiving of known stolen property. Her bail was set at $50,000.

11 a.m. The San Gabriel Children’s Center received a bomb threat through the center’s main telephone. A team of Glendora Police officers evacuated the building, but no suspicious device was found.

12:16 p.m. Dejuan David Williams, 31, was arrested at 800 S. Grand Ave. on drug charges. His bail was set at $30,000.

1:55 p.m. Andranik Yegyan, 26, was arrested at 12939 Oxnard St., Van Nuys, on burglary charges in Glendora. His bail was set at $50,000.

6:20 p.m. Victor Elijah Lemus, 22, was arrested at Kohl’s, 1225 S. Lone Hill Blvd., on theft charges. His bail was set at $500.

8:13 p.m. Deiana Patricia Gutierrez, 28, was arrested at 300 W. Route 66 on multiple DUI-related charges. Her bail was set at $75,000.

10:14 p.m. Angel Martinez, 46, was arrested at 100 W. Foothill Blvd. on drug charges. His bail was set at $10,000.

Wednesday, Feb. 27

11:30 a.m. Joseph Elton Lee, 26, was arrested at 900 E. Route 66 on drug charges, including possession of methamphetamine.

8:52 p.m. Tania Lynn Tremblay, 33, was arrested at 1205 Cypress Ave., San Dimas, on DUI charges. Her bail was set at $40,000.

Thursday, Feb. 28

12:21 p.m. Kevin Vernon Edwards, 31,was arrested at 1945 E. Auto Centre Drive for possession of a controlled substance for sale. His bail was set at $75,000.

1:51 p.m. Christopher James Pacheco, 29, was arrested at Auto Centre Drive and the 57 freeway on theft charges. His bail was set at $1,000.

2:09 p.m. Raul Edwin Carrillo, 58, was arrested at 655 S. Grand Ave., on theft charges. His bail was set at $1,000.

Friday, March 1

10:05 a.m. Juan Carlos Hernandez, 25, was arrested for driving without a license, among other charges.

10:17 a.m. Elizabeth Garate,45. was arrested at 1700 E. Route 66 on DUI charges. Her bail was set $5,000.

10:03 Celestino Barria Mejia, 38, was arrested at 500 N. Vermon for driving without a license

Saturday, March 2

11 a.m. Ryan Jason Verduo, 29, was arrested at Gladstone Street and Lone Hill Blvd on drug charges, including possession of marijuana for sale.

11:04 a.m. Kelly John Swift, 25, was arrested at Walmart, 1950 E. Auto Centre, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sunday, March 3

11 a.m. Glendora Police were investigating a possible child annoyance case in the 200 block of S. Valley Center.

8:31 p.m. Aureliano Rangel, 41, was arrested at 600 W. Route 66 on DUI charges. His bail was set at $5,000.

GPD is great! The entire force protects this great city! There are many other facets that make GODRead More run smoothly. We cannot forget about the auxiliary, the cadets... So many other folks that also make GPD as great as it is!!!
