Police Blotter: A Look at Calls For Service in Glendora

Calls from Monday, Jan. 20, to Sunday, Jan. 26.

The following information was provided by the Glendora Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Jan. 20
6:26 a.m - Police investigated a recovered stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of South Lone Hill Avenue.

10:03 a.m. - Police investigated a grand theft auto report in the 1400 block of East Route 66.

2:27 p.m. - Police responded to an injury traffic collision on East Foothill Blvd. at Elwood Avenue. An elderly driver hit an elderly bicyclist. The bicyclist was taken to an area hospital, but eventually succumbed to his wounds.

6:31 p.m. - Police responded to Walmart, 1950 East Auto Centre Drive, on a theft in progress. Police arrested Jaime Phillips, 35, from Seal Beach, on suspicion of burglary. Phillips was released on $20,000 bond.

Tuesday, Jan. 21
8:21 a.m. - Police investigated a graffiti report on South Pennsylvania at Colorado avenues.

8:39 a.m. - Police investigated a grand theft auto report in the 600 block of West Helensburg Street.

11:45 a.m. - Police responded to the 400 block of East Juanita Avenue and arrested Dylan Collado, 21, of Diamond Bar, on suspicion of transportation for sale of a controlled substance, possessing methamphetamine and possessing drug paraphernalia. Collado was held in lieu of $30,000 bail.

8:44 p.m. - Police responded to a disturbance in the 1600 block of South Grand Avenue. Police arrested Brian Pasley, 55, from Glendora, on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Pasley was held until no further prosecution was desired.

Wednesday, Jan. 22
9:52 a.m. - Police investigated a vandalism report in the 100 block of East Route 66.

10:18 a.m. - Vehicle burglary was investigated in the 2000 block of East Route 66.

12:58 p.m. - Police investigated an injury traffic collision on South Grand Avenue at Route 66.

4:21 p.m. - Police responded to a fraud in progress report in the 400 block of East Arrow Highway. Police arrested Raphael Lee, 36, from Los Angeles, on suspicion of burglary. Lee was released on $50,000 bond.

Thursday, Jan. 23
3:52 a.m. - Police investigated a suspicious occupied vehicle in the 1300 block of South Lone Hill Avenue. Arrested was Debbie Zaragoza, 32, from Los Angeles, on suspicion of burglary. Zaragoza was released after officers determined there were insufficient grounds to make a complaint.

9:09 a.m. - Police investigated a theft report in the 2400 block of East Country Club Drive.

1:45 p.m. - Police investigated a graffiti report on East Auto Centre Drive and Nicole Court.

3:43 p.m. - Police investigated a residential burglary in the 1000 block of East Virginia Avenue.

10:18 p.m. - Police investigated a vehicle burglary in the 600 block of South Grand Avenue.

Friday, Jan. 24
1:55 a.m. - Police investigated suspicious circumstances in the 700 block of South Grand Avenue. Arrested was Jack Mora, 35, from la Puente, on suspicion of violating a domestic violence protection order. Mora was held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

6:21 p.m. - Police investigated a grand theft auto report in the 600 block of South Elwood Avenue.

11:43 a.m. - Police investigated a theft in progress in the 600 block of West Route 66.

6:28 p.m. - Police investigated a theft reprot in the 300 block of South Grand Avenue.

Saturday, Jan. 25
7:43 a.m. - Police investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1400 block of East Foothill Blvd.

10:18 a.m. Police investigated a fraud report in the 300 block of North Vista Bonita Avenue.

2:38 p.m. - A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 block of South Le Mar Park Drive. Arrested was Melissa Heredia, 26, from Covina, on suspicion of obstructing a police officer. Heredia was issued a citation and released.

8:51 p.m. - Police investigated a critical missing person in the 100 block of West Route 66.

Sunday, Jan. 26
4:48 a.m. - Police investigated a battery report in the 600 block of East Lemon Avenue.

1:13 p.m. - A non-injury traffic collision was investigated on South Barranca Avenue at Gladstone Street.

5:29 p.m. - Police responded to a reported weapon brandishing in the 300 block of East Foothill Blvd. Arrested was Devin Fullmer, 46, on suspicion of exhibiting a knife and disturbing the peace. Fullmer was issued a citation and released.

9:12 p.m. - Police investigated a non-injury traffic collision on West Gladstone Street at Grand Avenue. Arrested was Brian Holmes, 25, on suspicion of DUI and exceeding the legal blood-alcohol level. Holmes was held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
