Man in Sexual Battery Case Arrested Again in Covina

The registered sex offender is suspected of very unusual behavior with a 17-year-old girl.

A Covina man, arrested on suspicion of sexually battering a woman inside a Glendora store Wednesday, has been arrested again in Covina, this time on suspicion of child annoyance.

Lance Glock, 51, was arrested Wednesday morning after hein Glendora and rubbed against her in a sexual manner.

Glock fled the store in a truck, but was tracked down shortly after by Glendora Police and arrested, said Sgt. Mike Randazzo.

Glock, a registered sex offender, was booked and released on citation from a Glendora jail following the Wednesday incident, said Randazzo.

Less than two days later, Glock was arrested after exhibiting what witnesses said was very unusual behavior.

Covina Police said Glock reportedly walked up very close to a 17-year-old girl inside a business in the 100 block of W. Badillo Ave. in Covina Thursday afternoon, making the girl very uncomfortable, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune. He also reportedly asked the girl for personal information. Officers later found and arrested Glock in a nearby business.

Glock was arrested on suspicion of child annoyance and was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail. He is scheduled for arraignment Monday in West Covina Superior Court.

Go, go GPD. It is nice to be appreciated, but even better when someone acknowledges it.
