Money Scam Reported in Glendora

are investigating a reported scam from Wednesday afternoon.

The victim reportedly was scammed out of an undisclosed amount of money with a ruse very similar to the that ended in Glendora, May 30, said Lieutenant Rob Lamborghini. The money allegedly taken was not done through force, police said.

The victim called police around 12:43 p.m. The reported scam began in another city and ended in Glendora, in the area of Route 66 and Glendora Avenue near the , police said.

Lamborghini described the suspects as two male Blacks. No further description was available.
