The arraignment of Drew Alan Friss, who is accused of fatally stabbing two homeless men at a Glendora car wash, was scheduled for Wednesday morning.
Friss was arrested Aug. 16 in connection with the murder of John Anthony Welch and Warren Jay Blagrave at the car wash in the area of Vermont Avenue and Route 66. Both victims were stabbed up to 20 times, according to detectives.
