Home Burglary Attempt Reported Near Teen Center

The incident, which happened earlier this week, has left authorities with little to go on.

Leads have turned up cold in a home burglary attempt that happened April 2.

Around 10:40 a.m. Glendora Police received a call from an off-duty officer, from an outside agency, reporting he had two home burglary suspects at gunpoint while they sat in their vehicle in front of a residence in the 1200 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue near the , according to police.

The suspects, a man and woman, drove off in a silver vehicle westbound on Dawson and on to Grand Avenue in an unknown direction.

Glendora PD arrived and searched the surrounding area for the suspect vehicle, but eventually turned up nothing.

"There's no new information on that case. We don't have any active leads that we are working at this time," authorities said.

The man was described as a heavy-set man dressed in a black hoodie. No description of the woman was available.
