Glendora Woman Arrested After Firing a Gunshot From Her Window
Police say she fired a revolver intentionally. No one was injured.
A Glendora woman was arrested Sunday night after she indiscriminately fired one round from a handgun out a window of her home.
Police believe that although she was not aiming at anyone, she fired the shot intentionally.
Officers responded to the 100 block of South Akeley Drive at 7:56 p.m. and took Erin Sherman, 51, into custody. The response followed numerous calls by neighbors who said they heard a shot.

Sherman posted $35,000 bail and was released.
She and another occupant were in the house when the shot was fired, said Glendora Police Lt. Brian Summers. A domestic argument preceded the gunshot, but it is not known if the shot was related to the argument.

The gun was not pointed at anyone, Summers said.
“The husband was in a separate part of the home,” he said.
