Glendora Police Investigating Possible Child Annoyance

A 16-year-old girl claims a man approached her in an inappropriate manner Sunday.

Glendora Police say a 16-year-old girl claimed a man approached her in a possible child annoyance case as she walked to church Sunday morning.

The incident was reported at around 11:35 a.m. in the 200 block of S. Valley Center. According to scanner reports, the girl claimed a man in a truck drove up next to her as she was walking to church and tried to convince her to get inside the truck.

Glendora Police could not release any information on the possible suspect, nor any vehicle description as the case is still under investigation, said Lt. Joe Ward.
