Glendora Murder Suspect’s Arraignment Continued

The arraignment of Drew Alan Friis, the 28-year-old Glendora resident accused of fatally stabbing two homeless men at Glendora car wash has been continued to January, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Friis was scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning for his arraignment, but it was continued to Jan., 8, 2014 at Pomona court, according to District Attorney Spokesperson Shiara Dávila-Morales.

Friss was arrested Aug. 16 in connection with the murder of John Anthony Welch and Warren Jay Blagrave at a Glendora car wash. Both victims were stabbed up to 20 times, according to detectives.
