Glendora Man Attacked, Stabbed by Group of Men

A Glendora man was attacked Thursday morning in what Glendora Police suspect may be a retaliation attack.

Glendora Police are currently investigating a stabbing that occurred early Thursday morning, where a man was attacked by four men on Pasadena Avenue and Route 66.

A 36-year-old Glendora man suffered minor injuries when four men attacked him after he stepped off of a bus and walked home at around 12:45 a.m., according to Sgt. Brian Summers. One the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the shoulder during the attack.

The victim was able to flee from his attackers. A family member drove the victim to Foothill Presbyterian Hospital where Glendora Police officers met with the victim.

Summers said the victim’s injuries were non-life threatening. Summers said Glendora Police are currently investigating a motive behind the attack, but believe that the suspects may have been targeting the victim’s brother and attacked the victim out of retaliation.

The suspects are described as three Hispanic males and one black male, about 18 years of age, 5 feet 8 and 150 pounds.
