Four Separate Burglaries Reported in Glendora
Police still investigating vehicle burglaries and a reported residential burglary Friday.
Glendora Police had their hands full Friday with three reported vehicle burglaries and a residential burglary under investigation.
Two of the vehicle burglaries occurred in the Marketplace parking structure. Both vehicles were forcibly entered, with credit cards and money being stolen, police said. Both were reported before 10 a.m.
A third vehicle burglary was investigated in the 800 block of West Foothill Blvd. A purse and some credit cards were reportedly taken in the overnight theft, according to police.
Later in the day, a residential burglary was reported in the 2200 block of East Duell. According to scanner reports, the homeowner alleged items were taken from the living room. An iPod was also reportedly stolen. A neighbor allegedly saw a suspect vehicle parked in the victim's driveway earlier in the day. Police described the vehicle in question as a charcoal colored newer model four-door Volkswagen Jetta.
