2 Injured in Overturned Wreck on 57 Freeway

California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert for the early afternoon.

A Surburban pulling a trailer hauling ATVs and motorcycles overturned on the 57 Freeway in Glendora Friday morning, authorities said.

The accident closed two lanes of the 57 north of Via Verde, said California Highway Patrol officer Ed Jacobs. Five people were in the Suburban, and two were injured, he said.

The 11:39 a.m. accident closed two lanes on the northbound 57, he said, noting GPS placed the accident as in Glendora, despite wire reports stating the wreck was in neighboring San Dimas.
