BE AWARE OF TWC

I called to update our annual contract with TIME WARNER CABLE, simple, renew package for cable services....offered me an enhanced "turbo" booster, free.  Had an hour window time, 9-10 am.  arrived on time, put in new WI FI(supposed to be faster, allow more data)after 4 hrs, spread across the day, we were told that we had to put new wiring for grounding underground, digging up our back yard and walkway and RV pad, plus computer did not work!  Supervisor was called, he continued to tell us about rewiring ground... we absoulutely stated there would be NO digging up of our yard or sidewalks and we wanted computer fixed, was very slow and could not get WIFI, after 2 hrs of .......around, found out the turbo boost unit was faulty.  Then find out we were already grounded at curb.  Be careful , just warning of a very frustrating day!
