Gary the owner, made shoes for my step brother, a Down's syndrome adult. The state agency payment did not arrive when my Step Dad went to pick up the shoes, Gary said he would accept payment then refund the amount when he received payment from the agency. When the second payment was received and deposited by Grand Shoes, my step dad contacted Gary for the refund. Long story short, Gary kept both payments, and knowing my step dad was a cancer patient and not doing well, delayed the small claims court process so he can keep the money as my step dad now cannot make any further court dates to to being terminally ill. Good job Gary, nice shoes but I hope people will learn to know what a crook you are, taking advantage of your customers. Too bad, you had fans, now you have a legacy.
