Zumba Fitness Revival

Zumba Fitness Revival! On Saturday, June 25th  is SET for LIFE's Zumba Fitness Dance class at the Northview Gym in Duarte. This year we are partnering with United Women’s Guild of Second Baptist Church in Monrovia, CA.

Come join the dynamic Zin Duo Maria Telleria and Stephanie Dillard, San Gabriel Valley’s Queens of Zumba as they teach you the step by step moves of this fitness craze.

“On March 5th we had a live DJ and over a 200 people packed the gym the last time. It was like a big party with kids, adults and seniors dancing and having fun while getting fit.” said BaLinda Dillard, president of SET for LIFE.

People of all ages and physical ability are welcomed to join Set for Life and The United Women’s Guild in its community effort to unite health and fitness; this event is fun for the entire family. This is the second class in SET for LIFE's 2011 quarterly Zumba Fitness series.

The Northview Gym is located at 1401 Highland Avenue in Duarte, and class is 10:00am – 11:30. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. This event supports Set for Life’s annual educational event where dozens of professionals gather under one roof to educate seniors and their families. SET for LIFE is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information and education to help seniors and their families’ live better and informed lives.
