Dispelling Myths in Animal Welfare

Skirball Cultural Center, Sunday, November 11, 2012
Registration begins at 2:30PM, Event at 3:30PM

The Found Animals Forum is an annual event that brings together leaders in animal welfare and their perspectives to our Los Angeles animal welfare community. During this event attendees observe presentations from local and national experts in their respective fields and participate in a panel discussion on this year’s selected topic of Dispelling Myths in Animal Welfare. The Forum serves as a chance to provide the Los Angeles community with information and resources through a constructive, collaborative, community building event.

Please join us and our keynote speakers as they dispel common misconceptions faced everyday by municipal and private animal welfare organizations, uncovering the truths behind these myths. Whether you are an individual or a group, large or small, private or public, rescue or shelter – there will be relevant ideas you can implement to boost adoptions, reduce euthanasia and save more lives.

Go, go GPD. It is nice to be appreciated, but even better when someone acknowledges it.
