Weather Shaping Up to be Sunny, Mild for Christmas Weekend

Monday clouds and drizzle likely through the night, with clearing skies by Tuesday.

A milder Christmas is in the forecast for this weekend as cloudy skies Monday and the cold will give way to sun and slightly warmer temperatures.

A 20 percent chance of showers will be likely Monday for the San Gabriel Valley in the evening hours, with temperatures in the high 50s to mid 60s.

Tuesday morning will start out sunny, with clouds rolling in by the afternoon. The clouds will give way by Tuesday night to clearer skies with temperatures in the low 40s.

Wednesday night through Friday will be mostly clear and breezy with highs in the upper 50s and 60s to lows in the upper 30s and 40s.

Christmas Eve Saturday will be mostly clear and temperatures will increase slightly with highs in the mid 60s to lower 70s, lows in the upper 30s to 40s. Christmas Day will be sunny with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s.
