Starbucks 'Peeper' Investigated For Stalking Female College Student

Police say William Velasco, arrested for placing a hidden camera in a women's Starbucks restroom May 4, also stalked a female college student, broke into her apartment and left with some of her underwear.

Glendora Police say William Velasco, the 25-year-old San Dimas resident arrested for spying on unsuspecting female victims with a, is now being investigated for stalking a 21-year-old college student.

Police say Velasco stalked the female college student for several days, broke into her apartment and stole some of her underwear. During a May 4 search warrant at Velasco’s residence regarding the Starbucks case, police found women’s underwear placed in individual plastic bags.

Police discovered video files of 45 victims using the restroom at , including women and children on Velasco’s personal computers. Velasco recorded his victims April 14 and 15. Police have identified 11 of the victims, but are seeking the public’s help in finding the other 34 victims.

Police Chief Rob Castro will reveal new information Glendora investigators uncovered on Velasco during a press conference Friday at 10 a.m. at the Glendora Police Department, 150 S. Glendora Ave.
