Glendora Police is reminding residents that the city plans to unveil its war memorial in front of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Blvd.,10 a.m. Saturday. Parts of Glendora Avenue and Foothill Boulevard will be closed during the event.
The granite military memorial honoring the heroic deeds of men and women in uniform – including 38 Glendora servicemen who died in action since World War II – will be unveiled during the dedication ceremony.
