Halloween Fun in Glendora

Residents can get into the Halloween spirit in these local events.

Looking for other ways to celebrate Halloween other than the usual door-to-door trick-or-treating? A few events in Glendora are offering more Halloween fun for local residents and their children. 

Village Center Halloween Trick or Treat
Businesses in the downtown Village Center on N. Glendora Avenue are hosting the annual Halloween Trick or Treat on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The free event sponsored by the Business Improvement District offers a safe, daytime environment for children decked out in costumes to take part in festivities and fill their bags with Halloween loot.

Halloween Carnival at St. Dorothy School

St. Dorothy School is hosting a Halloween Carnival starting with a costume parade at 9:30 a.m., a costume contest at 11 a.m. and a carnival at 11:30 a.m. Proceeds from the event will go to 8th grade scholarships. A lemonade stand will raise money for breast cancer awareness programs.

Halloween Carnival at Finkbiner Park

This year, parents and children can head over to Finkbiner Park where the city-hosted annual Halloween Carnival will take place. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Halloween night, visitors can revel in games, booths and costume contests.
