Glendora Animal Control to Cease Operations July 1
Inland Valley Humane Society in Pomona will assume all of Glendora's animal control services by the end of the month.
The City of Glendora’s animal control services will transfer to the Inland Valley Humane Society in Pomona starting July 1.
All animal control services will be handled by Inland Valley Humane Society by the end of June, according to a statement released by the City of Glendora.
The Glendora City Council voted to eliminate its local animal control department due to recent staff and budget cutbacks.

The Inland Valley Humane Society is located at 500 Humane Way, Pomona. For questions and information, call 909-623-9777. Their business hours are Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
