Get Out: Five Ideas for Your Weekend

Go green, fall in love with a playwright and meet Lucille Ball this weekend.

TGIF, Patchers. If you need ideas for your weekend, we’ve got them. This time around, we suggest heading to the Glendora Earth Day festival for some good, green fun including a community bike ride and an exotic animal magic show. You can also check out some amazing tributes to legends like Shakespeare and Marilyn Monroe at the Haugh Performing Arts Center.

Our goal is to make the Get Out planner as reliable as possible, but keep in mind, some events change at the last minute. We advise calling ahead just in case.

Why Go: This full-day of eco-friendly fun includes informative green living workshops, the magic show below, tours to the Nature Center and Brodiaea Reserve, a special tree planting, face painting and more.
