Students Demonstrate Technology to City Officials
On February 12, 2014, the City of Glendora held the annual State of the City/Schools Luncheon at the Glendora Country Club. Dr. Hendricks recruited Cedargrove students from Mrs. Pickard’s class to demonstrate technology use in the classroom.
Each student was assigned a table where they showed the adults how they use EdMoto on IPads for the Common Core State Standards in Charter Oak USD.
These 3rd grade students expertly led their tables that included the Charter Oak Governing Board, Glendora Mayor Joe Santoro, Glendora Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Robert Voors, and Superintendent/President of Citrus College, Dr. Geraldine Perri.
