Elks Donate Dictionaries

West Covina Elks Lodge 1996 visited Willow in December with a special gift.  The Elks Lodge donated dictionaries to every 3rd grade student at Willow.  Dictionaries were handed out by Lodge 1996 members Warren Burton, Willie Koskela and Gus and Nancy Kane.
