Massage Envy Spas Opening in Glendora

The spa franchise plans to open doors by mid-December 2012.

Glendora is no stranger to spa and massage businesses, and one of the largest chains of therapeutic massage spas is making a home in Glendora.

Massage Envy, the national spa franchise, is planning to open a 3,900-square-foot facility in Glendora’s Diamond Ridge Shopping Center as early as mid-December of this year.

Claiming to offer more affordable spa services than your average luxury day spa, Massage Envy has over 825 locations in the country, with 24 locations in Los Angeles County.

The company also announced two new locations in Santa Monica and Whittier.

Massage Envy spas offer introductory rates for massages for as low as $49. If customers become members, they can purchase monthly massages and facials for discounted member prices. Customers do not need to become members for services, but they will be quoted at higher rates than club members.

The spa offers seven types of massages, including deep tissue, prenatal and geriatric massages.

Locations are open seven days a week. For more information, visit http://www.massageenvy.com/

Go, go GPD. It is nice to be appreciated, but even better when someone acknowledges it.
