Juice it Up! Opens in Glendora

With a focus on fresh and healthy, Juice it Up offers another smoothie experience in Glendora.

With blenders whirring, Juice it Up! is Glendora’s newest smoothie shop. The shop reopened at 545 S. Grand Ave. in  Glendora in April under new management after it closed in 2008.

Part of a national chain of health-conscious smoothies, Juice it Up! is the newest addition in a business complex that has been quiet since the former Juice it Up! and a coffee shop closed.

Juice it Up! rivals Robeks on Gladstone Avenue in the smoothie market in Glendora.

But owner Brian Sardarizadea claims Juice it Up! selection of raw juices offers more healthier options, including fruit smoothies with energy boost supplements, superfruit acai smoothies and wheat grass shots.

“I’ve always been into fitness and health, and that’s what sold me on opening a Juice it Up! here,” said Sardarizadea. “It’s a healthier product and it opens the product to everyone – those who are into healthy drinks and those that want something sweet and refreshing.

Go, go GPD. It is nice to be appreciated, but even better when someone acknowledges it.
