The 260-unit apartment complex will border the future Metro Gold Line route through Glendora.

The Glendora Planning Commission is hosting a community workshop in December  for a planned 260-unit apartment complex on East Route 66.

The proposed project by AvalonBay Communities, Inc. and City Ventures will be 3 to 4 stories in height and will include 4,000 square feet of commercial retail space and parking structures, according to city documents.

The anticipated project at 121 E. Route 66 will be built alongside the route of the future Gold Line extension project to Montclair.
