AT&T Customers Can See Network Upgrades Online

Residents in Glendora can click on a website to see what AT&T upgrades have been done to improve service.

Tired of dropped calls and spotty service with your AT&T phone in Glendora?

AT&T recently launched a website that enables the residents of Glendora to check on network enhancements the telecommunications company has made since the start of 2011.

Residents can go to focus: Los Angeles and click on Glendora on the site’s map to see what improvements are being made.

“Updated weekly, the microsite provides an unparalleled view, unlike any other in the industry, of what AT&T is doing to enhance the customer experience,” the company said in a news release.

Visitors to the site will see a hyper-local map of the LA area that displays neighborhood-level network enhancements, which include new cell sites and upgrades for Internet speed, capacity, and network connection upgrades.

AT&T has done 6 enhancements, including expanding the cell site's network connection, in Glendora since Jan. 1, 2011.
