L.A. County Fair Prepares to Welcome Glendora Residents

The dates for this year’s Los Angeles County Fair are fast approaching.

The fair runs Aug. 30 to Sept. 29. Sept. 25 has been officially designated as Glendora Day at the Fair.

That day, the city’s residents pay $5 for admission and get to take part in events and festivities that honor Glendora, including a business expo, a parade, high school marching band competition, Community Hero awards ceremony and evening entertainment.

Th City of Glendora Community Services Department is selling Fair tickets beginning Aug. 26, 2013 at City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Blvd. Adults, ages 13 and over are $10, children ages 6 - 12 are $6 and ages five and under are free.
